Scheduled for completion in 2025, the project is envisioned to become one of the region’s most vibrant and desirable shopping destinations.

We have established a strong presence in the alcohol retail industry through the acquisition and successful transformation of two landmark liquor supermarkets in Cambridge and Boston.
Cambridge Wine & Spirits, established in 1978, spans over 10,000 sq ft and stands as the largest wine and spirits retailer in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Chauncy Liquor Mart, founded in 1984, is the leading wine and spirits destination in prime Egleston Square, Boston. Under our leadership, both stores underwent complete modernization and now generate over $15 million in annual revenue, maintaining a steady 20% year-over-year growth.

Technology Innovation

Building on this success, we are developing an AI-powered retail management platform tailored for the liquor industry. The platform enhances inventory accuracy, optimizes cash flow, and enables independent retailers to make data-driven purchasing decisions—reducing overstock, increasing turnover, and improving operational efficiency. In the long term, this technology will scale across additional retail sectors nationwide.
